Granny Squares and Coffee Cozies!

Well Granny Squares seem to be making a comeback, so now that the craft sale is over (which I really didn't do that great at), I am going to use up some of my odd ball wool and make a granny square blanket. I wonder if I can finish before Christmas and give it to my daughter for her new house? hmmmm...I love working under pressure....

I had donated a couple of coffee cozies to etsy to raise money for a little girl. Both of these have sold!!! whoot whoot! I am donating another two cozies.

I just love etsy! I ordered this case for my i-pod...isn't it the cutest thing ever...it just got shipped out and I can't wait to get it. It is coming all the way from Thailand...WOW!!! check out her other creations...they are so cool...

Craft Sale

Okay so I have been working on a bunch of stuff for the craft sale at my sons' High School. It is this Saturday. I have a few things done but only had a couple of weeks notice to get this stuff done. I would prefer to have more done but hey, there is always next year I guess? I have the coffee cozies and I tried to improve my cupcake scarf, I think I am loving this one much better. The other one was too small and after a couple of times playing around with the pattern, I have come up with the perfect size!! I also made a few coasters with a stamped image on them. I drew the picture of my potluck designs, scanned it and I am using these as price tags. Well wish me luck at the sale because I want to make enough money to go see New Moon on Saturday!!! I am so excited!

HAPPY 24TH MALLORY!!!

I can't believe my first born is 24 years old today! WOW!!! I am so proud of you Mallory. You have turned into a beautiful, smart woman. I can remember like it was yesterday when I found out I was pregnant with you, I was soooooo happy. I can't believe that much time has gone by. You are a joy my "god sent child". HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK AND TIFFANY!

Happy Birthday Daddy and daughter! Wow, where has the time gone? I can remember like it was yesterday when I first found out I was pregnant with Tiffany. Mark said, you are going to have a girl on my birthday! I told him he was full of himself. I went for an ultrasound and came home to gloat that I was due on October 27th...well as you can see I had a girl on his birthday!!! hehehe

It's hard to believe that so much time has passed? Time seems to stand still for a while and then you suddenly blink and your kids are adults.
