Well first off, I apologize for being a bad blogger lately. But really, I am not even sure anyone is reading this anymore?? LOL...so for the handful that are still reading...I have finally decided on colours for my spare room!!! Only took a year!!!! Brown and pink....Of course my youngest son said it looks like a cupcake??...hmmm...subconscious decision?? I just have a little sneak peek for now as we (and by we, I mean my hubby) still have to put trim down, etc. etc. So I will post the finish room soon I hope!
I saw this scallop design a year or so ago while blog hopping (sorry can't remember from which blog) and I really thought it was cool. I think Mark did an amazing job!!!! Thanks honey!!!
So of course now I am inspired to make an afgan for the new room. As many of you know, I am new to crocheting but am "hooked". I just love these little squares. I will keep you posted as to the progress.

We cut a paper plate in half and used that as a template.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Im not sure if you saw it there too but I know Elsie had her room painted like this way back when and I absolutely adored the idea... but I was always too lazy to actually attempt it. Haha. But Im glad YOU did because it looks so adorable!
